House Rules & Policies
Air Conditioning Usage
Do not leave air conditioners running when leaving the property. Close all doors and windows while using AC to maintain efficiency.
Quiet Hours - STRICTLY ENFORCED
NO MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 11 PM. Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 11 PM onwards.
No Smoking Inside
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use outdoor ashtrays provided on the veranda.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed. Guide dogs only with prior arrangement.
Events & Parties
No events or parties without prior written consent from management. Maximum guest capacity must be respected.
Pool Safety
The splash pool is shallow - NO DIVING. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool use is at your own risk.
Smart TV Usage
Remember to sign out of all your apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) before checkout to protect your privacy.

Border Crossing Information
3rd Party Insurance
Required for all vehicles entering Mozambique. Available at the border for approximately R250-R300. This covers liability for damage to third parties.
Currency Exchange
Exchange South African Rand to Mozambican Meticais at the border or nearby exchange offices. ATMs are available but may have limited cash. Bring enough Rands for initial expenses.
Required Documents
Valid passport (at least 6 months validity), vehicle registration papers, driver's license, and proof of vehicle ownership. Keep copies of all documents.
Vehicle Stickers
Stickers required for vehicles and trailers. Available at the border or cheaper at Outdoor Warehouse before crossing. Ensure your vehicle has all necessary safety equipment.
Cell Phone & SIM Cards
Enable roaming (expensive) or buy a local SIM card at the garage on your right after the border. Options: Movitell or Vodacom. SIM cards cost approximately R30.
Border Crossing Tips
Arrive early to avoid long queues. Be patient and polite with officials. Keep all receipts and documents organized. The border can be busy during peak seasons and holidays.
